Voca JHP 계정 및 데이터 삭제
Voca JHP의 계정과 학습 기록을 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 다시 설치할 필요 없이 웹에서도 진행할 수 있습니다.
직접 삭제하기
- Voca JHP 웹 앱에서 삭제할 계정으로 로그인합니다.
- 학습 설정 → 내 계정 → 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
- 삭제 안내를 확인하고 같은 계정으로 본인 인증을 마치면 삭제가 진행됩니다.
로그인할 수 없는 경우
가입한 이메일로 아래 주소에 “Voca JHP 계정 삭제 요청”이라는 제목의 이메일을 보내 주세요. 계정 소유 확인 후 삭제를 처리합니다. 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요.

삭제되는 정보
로그인 계정, 학습 결과와 복습 일정, 저장한 단어, 직접 추가한 단어와 뜻, 학습 설정을 삭제합니다. Google 또는 Apple 계정 자체와 다른 앱의 데이터는 삭제하지 않습니다.
다른 기기의 남은 로그인으로 학습 기록이 복원되는 일을 막기 위해 임의 계정 식별자와 삭제 요청 시각만 계정 삭제 완료 후 통상 30일 이내 정리합니다. 별도로 내려받거나 공유한 백업 파일은 직접 삭제해 주세요. 삭제는 복구할 수 없습니다.
미완료 삭제 요청은 계정 삭제 완료 또는 지원 처리까지 보관합니다. 통신 오류로 계정 삭제가 끝나지 않았다면 다시 로그인하여 남은 단계를 마치거나 이메일로 문의해 주세요. 개인정보 처리방침
Delete your account — English
Sign in to the Voca JHP web app, open Settings → My account → Delete account, confirm permanent deletion and authenticate with the same account. No app installation is required.
If you cannot sign in, email jpmajo2137@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject “Voca JHP account deletion”. We verify ownership before processing the request. Never send passwords or verification codes.
We delete your login account, learning history and schedules, saved/custom words and preferences. A random account identifier and deletion timestamp are normally removed within 30 days after account deletion completes to prevent old sessions restoring data. Exported or shared backups remain under your control. Your Google or Apple account and data in other apps are unaffected. Deletion cannot be undone.
